I don't think you can do anything else there in the current versions

You can get hearts with Bernard if you spend the night with him in the cottage in the forest ( on Friday, between 18:00 and 00:00) or if you meet with him in Hot Springs ((you need 1 heart for this) on Saturday/Sunday, after 18:00.)
(Don't forget to talk to him before you go any of these locations "Ask about the hunt" and "  Talk about hot spring " talk options)
Check your mission log often. It will tell you what to do or where to go.

The fair event is available after you build a fair at Bareshade (to do this talk with Bernard). After it is built you can go to the fair with people you invited there on Sundays.

First, you need to meet with Ste (you can find him in Vicoria's cave). You need to defeat the succubus before you free him.
After you freed him you can go to his farm and you can do some quests there. After that, I'm not sure how/when but you will take him and his children to Bareshade where he meets with Bernard. Eventually, you'll get to the point where Bernard and Ste will plan to build a road to the farm. The Country Road event will only be available if you did these things before it.

You can get a horse at the road near the river from the traveling merchant (I'm not 100% sure if I'm right :D )

If I build a meeting room, will I be able to build the other things too later?

I love this game very much. The only problem I have is that I have the quest to go to the Hot Springs with Bernard and then talk about it with him. I went to the Hot Springs with him before the werewolf questline and now if I talk to him nothing happens. Is it possible to still romance with him/continue the questline or I messed it up and I need to start the whole game from the beginning?
